I am so desperate to lose weight fast so I decided to buy the cardio DVD at eBay. It says in the cover that you will burn fat in this 10 minutes workout and enjoy dancing as well. I tried this twice already and I had so much fun learning new different dance moves. And then last week, I saw another cardio exercise at this free auction site. Since I had enough credits so I bid on it without reading. I got the item on the mail yesterday but was disappointed to find out that it was a VHS. I don't have VHS player so I decided to place the item again for auction. I paid $3.00 for shipping cost. What a waste!
