I check my emails multiple times a day and I also delete numbers of email in both inbox and spam about beauty products, fashion sales, credit score, lawsuit, survey invitation, job opportunity and emails about the best diet supplements lots of times in one day. What's funny is all these business companies where those emails came from are all claiming to be the best or provide the best product or services. Seriously, the only way to find out if the product they promote is the best by trying it out. However, I sometimes click links of website that I know and websites that has sales and discount. There is also one website that give points by reading emails and answering surveys which I signed up voluntarily. So, these are the type of email that I open and read before deleting it.
