Ever since I came here in the States, my husband and I has been renting an apartment. I am looking forward to buying our own house in the future where I could decorate and do things without worrying about the landlord. Since I am not working, I think the best option for us is to look for properties that are foreclosed or repossessed by the bank such as the Outer Banks foreclosures. Foreclosed properties are much lower in price than those regular prices that are for sale. I hope that we could do this sooner.
