I would say having a double kitchen sinks is way better than a single one. In the past four years we've been living in a place enough for a family of four. Every time we look for a house or apartment to live before, we always checked the kitchen first if it's big, But if course we also see to it that it's in our price range. It's hard to rent a place with double kitchen sink because usually they have single kitchen sink. We just bought a house and we got lucky this time. The house has spacious kitchen and the kitchen sink that I wanted ever since, plus a built in dish washer.
